Hello,

I've been strolling around in search of a mod that allows you to always see the location of nearby police units, however I can't seem to find one. Might one of yinz be able to whip up a script for that and/or send me a link for it? Much appreciated!

Looking for this because I think it's unrealistic that you only see where your nearby units are when you're in a patrol; especially annoying when you decide to hop into an automated chase (the one that regularly spawns in vanilla) and there be like 5 cars in the pursuit, but you can't see that. Also just good to have some situational awareness honestly

I doubt this is possible. Unless the script somehow incorporates police patrols. Unlike the other GTA series Police officers don't spawn unless it's an ambient event or if it's a rare occurrence around a police station. They don't spawn anywhere unless LSPDFR makes them or in a vanilla game they only spawn during a wanted level. 

I believe there is a Jurisdiction mod topic around the forums (whether or not the mod was released i don't know) that has what you're looking for.

I use Cops Back on the Beat to get regular patrol vehicles back in; I was specifically referring to the ambient event in regards to the automated chase.

What I'm looking for is a way to have these cops show up all the time on the minimap like when you're wanted/you're chasing a suspect.

If you happen to find the mod you're speaking of, it'd be great if you could share! Thanks for the help so far
