The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello guys so i'm trying to get the police3 model working i can get the model working but the lights on the car are glitched / bugged and yes i did install the .meta's that came with the car file.

No. No, you didn't. If you did, the car would work. So no, you didn't. Install everything correctly, and it'll work.

i did tho... this is the model i installed

it came with a vehicles.meta and I installed that to where its suppose to go?

The siren settings are in the carvariation.meta file, not the vehicles.meta file.

Why are you trying to install an unmarked in police3, not police4?
