Does this LSPDFR mod work on GTA V cracked? If you managed to work it can you send a video or something how to do it.

Cracked version of the game is not supported, pretty sure of that. If you manage to make it work, good for you, but if you don't, don't expect to get support.

Consider buying the game, it's not that expensive anymore.

I know but im not from USA And i don't have a paypal

I answered that question. And GTA V is available on Steam, you don't need to come from the USA to buy the game.
