No LSPDFR File

Hi

So I downloaded LSPDFR, RageHook, and around 6 mods, only 6 of them work and 3 cant find the plugins path and then cant load them, and I noticed that I didnt have a LSPDFR file in my plugins folder, so I try to create one and put LSPDFR.dll, arrestmanager.dll, etc and load the game and then everything in that folder wont load. Anyone know why?

dont know i would sugest uninstaling everything and reinstaling everything i know thats a lot of work, but i do not know why it would not load also some mods go in the plugins folder not the lspdfr one

Stuff that's in the Plugins/LSPDFR folder will never show up as being loaded, as they are loaded by LSPDFR itself.

Also, you need to carefully read ReadMe files that come with plugins you downloaded to check if they go into plugins or plugins/LSPDFR. The LSPDFR files itself go into plugins, yet things like ArrestManager into Plugins/LSPDFR.

Yes I know, I think I know why

I reinstalled GTA 5 with the steam, and for some reason it kept LSPDFR in the file so when it loaded the first time it didnt create one in the plugins folder
