Hello everyone, can anyone refer me to, or possibly make a mod, that would allow you to toggle a siren switch? When I play on a keyboard, it is really hard to drive in a car chase, and simultaneously holding the E key to sound an alternate siren. So I was wondering if there was any way to make a mod where you could press once for each time you want to switch between yelp, wail and hi-lo and so on. Hope someone can help :-)

There's no mod that I'm aware of that can do that. And I doubt it's easily doable, considering this kind of thing tends to be hard-coded into the game. But I'm not a specialist so don't quote me on that.
