Myself and 1 other person tried downloading my file using chrome and it was not downloading properly, it would download half the file or I get an error trying to download. I used internet explorer and it downloaded fine. This has not happened to any else's files that I have tried to download.

 

update: I tried downloading an PoliceToolbox but I had the same problem but yet i download the more search items update and it was successful
