I will never understand it but I modded sheriff2 in vehicles.rpf in the patchday3ng folder but in game there's still vanilla vehicle.  

It's definitely modded you can see it's modded in Open iv built-in model viewer, but in game if I spawn the car it's still the vanilla one.

Somehow vanilla vehicle overlap modded vehicle.
