Windows 10 problem I think HELP

Ok I had this problem for a while now and I can't seem to fix it  I think it was after a Windows 10 update maybe but anyways for some reason when I hav my controller in my keyboard won't work so I then unplug my controller and the keyboard works but then when I go to plug the controller back in the controller won't work and everything is messed up it glitches the computer and there a beeping noise
