IM looking for NYPD CVPI Highway patrol with Highrise lightbar ELS

i found the charger ELS & the CVPI NON-ELS

i don't know how to make a mod & i tried and was a total failure

is there a way i can take the highrise light bar & put it on another vehicle

these are the vehicles can somebody help give advice please or is there a ELS CVPI version that somebody can give me there version

Its gfxle's NYPD CTB CVPI.The Highriser one? There was only one like that and I believe only a few got it,now.I am one of those,but since I don't know who's the author,I can't take his permission to upload it.

im not a scam & i dont take people credit for there work im just a moron when it comes to learning how to mod

You can't because:

First,they (models) are locked.

Second,it isn't as easy as it seems.

i thinks so. as long as you do not take your own credit for it and you give him credit i think it is fine

i was trying to send him a msg to see if i can do that on gtapolicemods but it not going through

i would never alter a mod without permission but if somebody has a NYPD HWY Patrol CVPI ELS & can send it to me that would be helpful

You're not getting it.

Its not practical what you're thinking- to just ask a modder if you could get his model and put something on it- not practical,at ALL.

First off,gfxle doesn't even allow everyone to message him.

Second,if you succeed in even messaging him,there's no guarantee he'll be replying.

Third,even if he does,there's 90% chance of him being not very impressed with your idea.I'm in constant contact with him for a long time,so I know he likes to stick as much close to reality AND his own will to create things.

Fourth,if you'll make a request,there's a very tiny bit of chance that he would agree to do it for you.That,again,I know because I know him and we're in contact much often.
