The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Short question about installation

Good afternoon guys!

I used the search funtion first, but could only find a topic in French about my problem.

I recently downloaded LSPDFR as well as some other scripts (Assorted Callouts, CalloutsV, More ControlV, Police Radio, Emergency Strobes).

Though, most of them work I have a huge issue with Assorted Callouts, Police Radio and CalloutsV.

I'm not quite sure how to install them.
When I did once, LSPDFR would crash after several seconds.
The README says /plugins/LSPDFR, but I don't have any "LPSDFR-Folder" in "Plugins".

There are only .inis and .dlls.

My question know: How can I install those mods correctly?

Greetings from Germany

By creating the folder, for some reason, it is no longer included with LSPDFR, but create it manually and it'll work.

You manually add the LSPDFR folder and put the mods/plugins there :)

Oh, thank you very much for your fast response!

Am I correct that I can ignore the "LSPDFR_20031_20Manual%20Install" folder that is actually now in the GTA V folder and just copy the "lspdfr" folder out?
If necessary I can send screenshots how it looks since I actually have the main directory, as well as the very same "lspdfr"-folder within the root folder of GTA V.

Or just create a completely new folder named "LSPDFR"?

So might I just delete one of them or just leave it and copy it again and put it into plugins?
Then again, leave all the .inis and .dlls just right there?

In the main directory I have now CALLOUTSV for some reason, in the other not.

I am sorry for causing this much effort and trouble, I'm new to this.

Yeah make it just LSPDFR its easier and put both .dll and .ini in there unless stated otherwise by the developers :)

Create a folder in the plugins folder called LSPDFR, ignore the one in the root GTA V folder.
Once you've created the folder in the plugins folder, simply drag the Plugin .dll's or .ini's into the LSPDFR folder you just created.

The calloutV uninstaller is created there when you use it's auto installer.

Alright, I just created it, though I left Emergency Strobes and More Control right there in only "plugins" since it was stated like this by the developers.

Now once I created the LSPDFR I put the folder "Police Radio" and it's .dll and .ini in

Was it done correctly? Since the README is quite confusing about what to do since the folder itself has many subfolders.

Then I went on to CALLOUTS and now I'm stuck. It says that the audio files must be copied in to the right directory which I don't know where it is.

PS: If it's too much to read/write I'm also on the LSPDFR TeamSpeak.

Aight so I left it there then. But where exactly? It's actually a folder with many subfolders and eventually I'll get to the audio files. I have to specifically copy each one into another directory? And if yes - In which? I already took a look on that and I don't know where to copy them in.

You put the policeradio audio folder in within the other folders

But it says "Police Scanner" then "CALLOUTSVAUDIO" then there are those audio files.

Sorry it's actually confusing me a lot right now. I don't know where to put them, CALLOUTSV nor Police Radio. :S

Sorry to reply again!

Now I do have some issues with Assorted Callouts (I removed it because it used to crash, it seems like it won't work with RPH 0.37 just yet).

And the other one (I guess it's Police Radio?) is really glitchy. The HUD/GUI is glitching out, as well as the communication bubbles that pop in. When I get backup, the window is only there for a minute. Do you know where that comes from?

You should be using 0.38 and Radio glitches for me sometimes nothing we can do at the moment

Oh I'm sorry! I meant I use RPH 0.38 and the other one works only with 0.37.

Isn't it because of the other plugin I have installed? Seems like they pretty much "bite" each other when it comes to traffic stops etc.

Just depends whether they have been updated you are going to have issues with certain plugins best bet is to mention it to the devs or on the plugin download page to let them know.
