Same shit *sigh*

I dont think im gonna get this thing to work...

Does it still load into the game? just not RPH?

There isn't any recording software or overlays running in the background, right?

Everytime no matter what I do,

the RPH logo comes up and signs into social club.

The game loads up,gives all options for online, singleplayer, etc

the SP fully loads up [ no RPH loading screen in the mean time ]

and the game functions like vanilla - F4 does nothing,no shields on map,no message even hinting at the mod existing.

I don't get this option, open up your Commandline Text file in your GTAV Directory, what is written in there?

By the option menu i mean [the screenshot],

in the commandline.txt it said "-disableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval"

What I meant to say was I use to get that screen, but not anymore..

Try adding this into the text file        -scOfflineOnly

If nothing changes, try the following

Uninstall and Reinstall all of these, before you reinstall, uninstall, reboot the PC and then re-install (You could always just attempt to repair each one just as well, but it wouldn't hurt to reinstall them.... I will leave that up to you)

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6, or higher.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)

Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 (x64)

No Problem bud! Glad we were able to finally find the culprit.. Those were suggestions I use to give on the RPH Forums when I moderated over there.. I still moderate over there, but way way less than I use to as you can imagine solving issues all day everyday can burn you out rather quickly.

Yeah I'd imagine...
