The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

So after the update ect my police cars dont move properly they are moving really slow like they are trying to drive with the handbreak on but yet when i drive the cars ect it works fine ? you can see what i mean in the video below

i dont make backups coz with the steam version it doesnt work after i revert back as i have already tried this

Sorry for my reply back being long in the future, hope you have resolved your problems. The benefit of making backups is that you can always revert back, and after updating on an unmodded copy, it shouldn't take you back. I use Steam for GTA V myself, and after updating a non-modded save, it never updates the modded version.
