Do I Need To Convert ALPR model from GTA IV?

 I'm fairly new to modeling and was wondering if I had to do any converting before adding things like the ALPR system to an unlocked dev GTA V car. I'm specifically talking about the ALPR model by Molex. Also, how about the CB antenna by Gump? Is it as easy as importing the model and texture to Zmodeler 3 or will I need to do some converting to make it work with GTA V? Any explanation would be great as everyone starts somewhere right? :)

If the IV DEV part is in a .z3d format then that would be best and you would simply open it in ZModeler 3 and if it was in .yft format you would import it in ZModeler 2 and export it as a .z3d file
