Would like to give a crack at creating a police car but I can not find any 'Beginners Guide' on the forums?

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Creating cars require a lot of time and dedication, on top of having a difficult learning curve. You'll want to get a Zmodeler license (which is, I believe, 30-days long), and you'll want to look up at tutorials on Youtube.

I have 3D modelling experience. Just cant find any info on this site about modelling for LSPDFR. Every game is different and has different settings.

There's nothing called "modelling for LSPDFR". LSPDFR is a modification for the PC version of GTA V. 

As, Hystery said you will need to procure zmodeler.

So how are people making custom cars then? Cars that are not in GTAV?

They're mods for GTA V. Not mods for LSPDFR. hence why ineseri said there is no such thing as modelling for LSPDFR.

ok so this site isnt the best place to ask how to do that kind of stuff then? Even though you have DL links to modded cars?

Well, yes this site is the best to ask, We support any kind of GTA Modelling (hence why there is a download section to modded cars, and a Forum section for it. We're just correcting your mistake to make things less confusing, as how you put it makes it sound like you want to create models for LSPDFR, which is not possible. However creating models for GTA V is possible (and is what you mean).
