Updated but RPH still uses old build

I am confused. I made a copy of my old GTA build 617 with RPH 36 and all that went with it prior to this new update.

 

I have since updated to the new 687 build, RPH 37 and such. When I used the new RPH, it still shows Build 617 on the bottom right. I deleted the 617 backup from this RPH and the old copy is in a different folder....

 

Someone help.

 

 

As you can see,LSPDFR Current (Build 687, RPH 37, etc) and LSPDFR Build 617 RPH 36.

Two totally separate files....no clue why the new one is reading an old build that isn't even IN that RPH file.
