ok, well i read the installation guide on LSPDFR, and i did most of what it told me to do, but it said to run LSPDFR through the RAGEPLUGINHOOK, but kept saying i had no internet, if the RAGEPLUGINHOOK needs internet to run LSPDFR, than basically i cant play LSPDFR without internet, so, i need answers, how do i download LSPDFR into the GTA5.exe and play LSPDFR in offline mode going straight onto story mode? the qeustion is how.

No you don't need internet to play LSPDFR, makke sure you have scripthookv and the ragehook files in your  GTA 5 installation folder.

ok, do you need to download these files off the web?

 

You need to download RAGEPluginHook from there website Click Here. But I would wait until they have come out with a new patch to work with the new GTA update. Scripthook can be downloaded Here. Not sure. On their website it says that they are working hard. Right now you can downgrade which is easy and I will guide you through it if you would like.

yes please, im very desperate on getting LSPDFR, Ive been waiting about 3 months for LSPDFR

haven't tried it yet but going to try it soon so hopefully good.
