You need to download RAGEPluginHook from there website Click Here. But I would wait until they have come out with a new patch to work with the new GTA update. Scripthook can be downloaded Here. Not sure if it needs internet, but you should still connect to internet. Also you must start LSPDFR with RAGEPluginHook.exe Otherwise Rage won't load.

I have seen a couple of mods that have Malware in them... I was wondering if LSPDFR and RagePluginHook are safe to use... I used LCPDFR with no problems but I am not to keen on downloading another file... Just want to get other peoples ideas. I am currently using Police Mod 2.0 but I want to get LSPDFR... Also, does the download come with Rage? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
