The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Tactical vest glitch

So, I don't know if you already noticed but there has been a bug in former LSPDFR version which caused your tactical vest to disappear when entering or exiting a vehicle. This issue has been solved in version 3.1 but only for the player. When I try to attach a vest (comp_tasks) to a ped model  in backup.xml the it still disappears when the ped gets out of his car. Does anyone of you guys know if there is an option to fix this?
