    Joe Designs Tactical Vest This is first vest i made didn't know how to rig when i made this but now i know so i decided to finish it. The download includes an editable PSD file and ytd/ydd files. It comes with a PSD so feel free to edit the texture to match any department you choose. Male and Female compatible.
