LODs For Modded Vehicle Textures

Featured Replies

I'm using some BCSO vehicles and textures (http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8585-bcso-addition-project/), and I've noticed that the modded textures will revert to vanilla beyond a certain distance. So if I install his all-white textures for the Sheriff SUV, it'll switch to black and white at a distance. Is there a way to make it so that the textures remain consistent?

Also, from the same mod, his Sheriff Bison appears to have messed up dirt textures. Would this be due to the textures themselves, or some other mistake?

It's not a texture issue, it's a model issue.

Unfortunately a lot of people do not realize the importance of proper LODs.

However, as for the dirt texture, that should be able to be fixed if you put the correct one in the .ytd
