There are some on GPM.And "attach"? Lol.You just have to place it correctly under hierarchy.

Uh, attaching the lightbar using the "Attach" section in zModeler, placing it under the hierarchy won't do anything, it'll just be floating.

i am not sure whether i do it correctly ??? there is some picture of the Car when ingames. i think i do in wrongly .

in my country , we got singlish , english , bahasa melayu , mandarin , tamil
