Here is what I have done.

• Copied my V directory to another place (to use for modding) (I have the steam version FYI)
• Set up my mods folder and installed LSPDFR
• Created a commandline using "scOfflineOnly"
• attempted to launch using the GTAVLauncer.exe

What happens is it tells me that it wasn't launched through steam and throws the Code 115 error

If I double click the shortcut fast enough, it will launch, but will sign me into Social Club, which is what I do NOT want because of my mods. 

What is the problem here? I did this before, but can't remember how.

are you launching from the default location or you copied folder?

are you launching it thru GTAVLauncer.exe or rage plugin hook

I just created a shortcut to the new GTAVLauncher.exe that is in the copied directory

to use lspdfr u have to  run ragepluginhook not GTAVLauncher, and u have to launch it thru the default location 

I'm also getting the error 115 the game was not launched via the steam client and I'm trying to start it from the ragepluginhook

I'm still getting error 115 - starting with RAGEPluginHook.exe
