Taser replaces pistol?

Featured Replies

For some reason, when I press on Alt+T when I'm on duty, I get the taser, though it replaces the Glock (Known as the ''Pistol''). The title is actually kind of wrong because it ''removes'' the taser and get's the Glock. So in high emergencies I can only use my taser and I would need to get to my vehicle to get a shotgun. (Note I am running the game on a HP All-In-one Generic PnP Monitor on a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400 with ''Dedicated Video Memory'' at a 128 MB, I have

''-availablevidmem 100.0'' at the Launch Option properties in Steam, rather than a 30.0 because of the Dedicated Video Memory. Just for all the ''freaks'' out there.)

You need to press Alt-T (may have also been just T, can't remember though) again to put the taser away after use. GTA IV only allows you to have one weapon of each type, so the taser has to replace the pistol otherwise it won't work. Putting it away however will allow you to grab the pistol again.
