EDIT: The vehicle has been completely rebuilt from the ground up and has been released! Any further suggestions are welcome.

Great work. Just one minor correction. This isn't the police interceptor utility. That'd be the SUV variant.

Hi all,

I've decided to make a slicktop/unmarked version of F5544's 2012 Ford Police Interceptor. This is my very first attempt at any sort of 3D modeling (not to mention my first experience with ZModeler) so it may take some time for me to complete this project/work out any bugs.

 

Currently I've got the lights set up the way I want them, although I'm considering adding some lights to the side as well. The vehicle has a spotlight and a ram bar (not pictured) as extras.

 

 

Currently I'm having trouble with adding additional LOD's. I also am having a small texture issue with the interior lightbars behind the windshield but hope to fix this soon.

To-do list:

• Correct textures on interior lightbars
• Add additional LODs
• Add interior components (laptop, siren control box)
• Create new textures for the vehicle

 

I'm still very, very new to ZModeler so any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated!

what lightbar are u using for the slicktop?
