With the introduction of EUP 7.1 we desperately need a protest/riot script that is compatible with LSPDFR, meaning we can still do our best to stop rioting/looting as a cop but with the city going into meltdown around us.

We could have individual callouts programmed into the script as well such as civilians are looting a store, you must stop and if possible arrest them. As well as other riot related calls. 

I personally have no experience with scripting but if someone is will do have a go at this I'd be happy to provide ideas and stuff.

Wilderness Callouts has a few callouts that are somewhat similar, but they are nowhere near the scale of what you're looking for sadly (A beanbag gun exists as well, Link).
