Hello and welcome to the LSPDFR community!

Police Radio is a plugin for the mod this site is all about, LSPDFR.
So if you don't have it already, you should download it now, because Police Radio only works with LSPDFR active.

When you have LSPDFR installed, you need to get the latest version of RagePluginHook from their website, because the one included in the LSPDFR download doesn't work with the current version of GTAV.

Once you have done all that, there should be a lot of new folders and files inside your GTAV main directory, one of which is called "Plugins" and contains another one named "LSPDFR". Then you probably should watch Jeff's Video once again and follow the instructions.

Installing car mods is a bit more tricky, but there are a lot of video tutorials on youtube. Just remember: ALWAYS use the mods folder setup of openIV, even if it sounds like more of a hassle in the beginning.

If you have more questions, just come back to this forum! Good luck!
