Ragehook does nothing

I've installed the lastest version of this mod 0.3... and installed the newest version of ragehook. After initiating the rage hook and the popup box that says "these files will be blocked unless you hit ok", ive clicked ok and nothing happens. Like at all... help please!

Go to RageHooks website. They have released a new version of RageHook which you need to place into your folder. 

Download the Framework below:

Download the Visual Studio below:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

Now try and if it doesn't work the first time, run it as administrator. Also, Validate the game files too if you are unsure of those files.

Updating the game might fix this.. A lot of people are having the same issue so I won't be of any help. Try downloading the newest version of RageHook from ragehook.net and see if that works.

Up until this point I've done everything and it sounds like they're going to have to re-update the ragehook plug-in because it does not run with the current version of grand theft auto five wuth the new patch.
