how do can you change your ELS light colors? some of the cars that i add have blue/blue i would like to change them to red/blue i was told it was very easy but im very new to all of this thank you for all the help

Edit the config file, here's what I use for "POLICE"

Active = 1

Halogen_Only = 0

Color_Light1L = 0

Color_Light2L = 0

Color_Light3R = 1

Color_Light4R = 1

Color_Light7L = 3

Color_Light8C = 3

Color_Light9R = 3

Offst_SLights = 0

Those only affect the reflections. To actually change the lights that flash on the lightbar(s), you have to edit the textures. If I get more time later and no-one else has explained, I'll tell you how. It's pretty simple.
