i want to learn how to make skins for gta 5 can anyone help

You  just need to access the models textures vie open iv and extract the correct texture from the models texture dictionary. You can then open into an image editing software like paint.net or other. Then once you are done go back to the texture dictionary and find its location and click replace (you need to be in edit mode). 

I know this is a brief description but just play around with the texture its a lot of trial and error at first. 

Step one: Photoshop or GIMP

Step two: Vehicle texture template

Step three: Create your design

Step four: Export and replace skin on vehicle using OpenIV

Step five: Profit
