The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello, Kind of new to this whole PC modding situation. 

Anyway, I'm trying to install some vehicle mods but it doesn't show me patchday8 folder only apartments.

Yeah, I just downloaded GTA V not even playing single player or online yet. Tried to play online and the game closes before I even enter a game.

Done that and there is no "vehicles"

update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday2ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and you do the same thing for all of them
