First of the work youve done is great :)

On the UK police cars when they have pulled over a car (motorway for example) they dont use blue lights most times they leave just red flashing one.

Maybe an update for future (you see on motrways all the time)

 

 

 

The mod in development for that sort of thing is called ELS (Emergency Lighting System).

In GTA IV, it did a pretty good job of mimicking control of the various flash patterns for emergency vehicle lights that you see in real life.  The equivalent mod is not finished for GTA V yet.
