I keep getting randomly attacked by red turismos while i'm just trying to do my patrols and it's really annoying. Is this from a mod or is this native to gta? It's awful!

It's from Simple Trainer. You gotta disable one of the keybindings that spawn attacking peds/drivers when you press PageUp/Down or something like that.
