The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Can someone please help me understand how adding a vehicle work. Like if I added a vehicle to x64e, but I want to replace that vehicle but its in update. Do I have to reinstall that game or is there a better option?

    are you using openIV? normally it should say in the readme file what you need to do. 

    I am also having problems installing cars, when I try one my game doesn't work anymore, so I suggest that you have a backup from the whole game aswell the x64e and the update folder.
