This font is for the Canton, OH Police Department. The first picture of the CANTON POLICE is the main font they use for text (excluding the To Protect, Serve)

such as Numbers, Canton Police, Police, and the Emergency 911 decals. Not sure if the font is a custom one or not so no big deal if nobody can identify it.
