So I'm trying to replace the police stanier but can't even find the file location in the first place. I've search the entire directory and have every other police/sheriff vehicle but this damn stanier.

Does anyone have any tips/suggestions as to where it might be?

    If you mean in "Open IV", the Police Stainer is called "police" and is located in x64e / levels / gta 5/ vehicles.rpf :thumbsup:
