The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Ok, so i know there are other topics about this so i know. so i am using .34 of RagePluginHook and when the loading screen for RageHook is on and it says "loaded Plugin LSPD" like 4 seconds later the game crashes. i dont know if anybody else is having the same issue. i tried with LSPDFR .2 on RageHook .34 and it did the same thing. I dont have any other Plugins in the game just RageHook and Lspdfr. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

The log you posted shows several Plugins being loaded, like Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager, and Los Santos Protection Squad. Make sure you remove the plugins out of the LSPDFR folder that's inside the Plugins folder too. The log also says you're running LSPDFR 0.2b, so you wanna clear out all of the Plugins and install 0.3 and try to run vanilla first.
