It seems, that sometimes police cars arriving to my location for no reason. There get out of their cars an leave them abandoned.

 

And yes, I play on 0.3.

I believe GTA5 does this. It also happens vanilla. The only difference is that they don't arrive for you, but another AI cop.

    I've seen this with police auto backup plugin. When I deleted it it didn't happen again.

    Or maybe with 0.3 police present nearby, if they see you arresting someone or conducting your police work, will stop to help you.
