I openned setup.03 and at the same time it installed PC Mechcanic.... I dont really like that

This is the name of the file I obviously downloaded from your page =P  :  Setup_0_3_final

It showed an error message because my GTA5 is in /D: and right away I had this popup of PC Mechanics telling me to upgrade the fuck outta my computer =P

Since you chose to run the installer with ads, it's going to obviously show ads. You have to uncheck it, before you install.
