My game crashes on loading screen, I do run RPH as administrator, and I do not have any other mods installed, fresh RPH and LSPD:FR installation.

RagePluginHook 0.34 doesn't work with LSPDFR 0.2, so use 0.32. LSPDFR 0.3, however, will require RagePluginHook 0.34 so keep that in mind.
