I know it's a silly question, but you are actually on duty at the time, yes?

Have you tried both of the shift keys, each side of the keyboard?

Yes and yes.

Alright, I have managed to do 2 traffic stops but it seems what gets "blipped" is really finicky. It's only about 5% of the time my shift pressing is actually registering with the game. It doesn't seem to be an issue with mods either since I had one traffic stop with mods and one traffic stop without mods. I'm running RGH 0.29.
