Hey. Can someone convert the GTA IV ("Bohan PD 2013 Tahoe 1.0.0") to GTA V? This one has the light bar exactly where I would like it. Right above the rear door.

Or can someone create an all white one. Also with the same type of light bar. Or tell me how to do it. The Louisiana State Police has these and they are awesome.
