I have no idea why back up isn't responding? Only thing that comes is state bikes and helicopters. I've even re downloaded lspdfr and rage hook, and still the same thing? 

Do you have the " Police Ignore" option selected in a trainer? 

Have you tried requesting local law enforcement? It sounds like state law enforcement is backing you up but not local law enforcement. Make sure to check that no other mods are tempering with the backup. 

Olddutch7, I haven't messed around in the files but I'll double check, were can I find that at?

 

CowTheory, that's exactly what's happening, I was wondering if there might have been a mod I installed that is stopping them responding. They are showing up but not moving. They'll even sit there till the pursuit is over with

Propably because "Police Ignore" is enabled in the trainer.

Had the same problem once. :)

No the trainer is a mod you install that you use in game. If you don't know what it is then that probably is not the issue.

You can access Native Trainer in GTA V by pressing F4. If the console for Ragehook appears instead, press it again. Then use the Numpad buttons to scroll through the settings and toggle "Police Ignore"

It's default is off, so I don't know if it's a Native Trainer issue, but it's better to check.

Post the thread on Suggestions and Ideas so the mods don't lock the post. Even though the forums aren't very active, you might as well post there. 

I am having the same issue with backup not responding. hwy nor swat is either. and police ignore is disabled. only time I have seen another unit is when I get a callout. the original units in the chase show up but then no other backup ever comes, and cant call any with the B key.

edit: I noticed its throwing an error to my rph log. here it is.

 

Edit#2: Seems it didnt like my edit to the backup xml. on line 42 apparently true was not a valid setting for <Vehicle extra_2=true>police3</Vehicle>
