i somehow am invisible in the game....how can i get un invisible..?

Re-start LCPDFR or just go into a police station.

You've pretty much gotten your answer (as stated above by Marine831), plus if you used the search bar you would see there are around 5 threads already on this matter and it has already been answered bfore, it is a known bug, there is nothing we can do about it, other than restart LCDPFR.

That happens because you're too close to an interior (safehouse, walkable house, burgershot...), to fix it just walk into the interior and your character will appear again. Much easier solution than changing your skin or re-starting LCPDFR.
