The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Ragehook 29 is the latest, that works with LSPDFR. Newer version have many issue.

Yeah except not even 29 works RageHook it a broken piece of crap at the moment

It's not out of date. RPH 0.29 is recommended.

It's definitely not :wink: Try removing all mods except LSPDFR and try again.
