The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I know I have a lot of problems... Anyway, all my AI cop cars are frozen on the spot in any scenario. Game spawned, LSPDFR, scripts and plugins. What could cause this? I have a Dispatch.meta mod in there?
It's also none of my Rage or Scripthook plugins as I have ran the game without and same issue.

I think that the Dispatch.meta mod will interfere with it, (I've never used it before) but considering it alters the way law enforcement is dispatched I could guess that in someway LSPDFR won't act nicely toward it in the scripts. Go ahead and replace that with the vanilla file and try that.
