When I play it says some things cant load some things are corrupted and then eventually everything just crashes and somethings like police radio just down right dont work or show up if anyone has a clue about this please reply I have supplied images of my GTA5 Folder etc.

I would recommend trying to play GTAV without any mods first.  If it crashes, reinstall GTAV.  Then slowly add one or two mods at a time and try to play.  That will tell you what is causing your errors.

I have done that

Everything you have installed is in the wrong location. Read all the ReadMe files of each mod to find out how to install it properly.

Is there a pre done anything or auto install so i dont throw my computer into a river

I wouldn't rush. Calmly take a brealk then come back to it and re install things as mentioned one by one. If you made backups as almost every read me says replacing things shouldn't be too hard or time consuming. I have only seen a couple things that auto install. Albo has a checking mod to check things once you start installing things and to check for issues. Besides see it as a good time to go through things and update things. If you had say a old hard disk or backup hard drive you could make a entire copy of your gta with working mods so later if anything happened you'd have it all backed up somewhere in event something got corrupted.
