Do you mean the police bike? Because there is no Highway patrol vehicle ((other than the bike, which doesn't even have a SAHP logo on it)) for gta 5 unless you add one to the game.

The bike is located under x64/dlcpacks/patchday1ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

    The white "Crown Vic" that shows up is one of the FBI vehicles, I think, if that is what you're referring to. Use dutch's location, but it might be in any one of the other patchdays instead, or in [GTAVFolder]/x64e.rpf.

    Yeah I'm sorry I'm trying to replace the Highway Patrol I think stainer. I know it's an option when selecting a vehicle when you first go on duty.
