hey everyone. Im new at this modding stuff and i was just wondering if anyone can help me mod gta4 pc, I bought the game and want to mod but dont understand how.. can anyone lend a helping hand?

Open up the .exe and follow as it says, it already installs the folder, 'sripts', Scripthook, and an Asi. So just open the LCPD:FR.exe and follow what it says! :D
