need help with mod

dude even if u do get my fps higher the mod wnt be usable because i need 4 gb of ram and does it detect it or its by the game lagging that the mods dnt work

Bare minimum of GTA IV for RAM: 1.5

Your RAM: 2GB.

If the BARE MINIMUM (Which means, the most you can add to the system just to get the game running, however, that doesn't mean it wont lag) when you add things like modifications to the game, such as LCPDFR, their special functions will use up most of your ram, thus, causing lag, upgrade your ram, or you can eliminate back ground tasks, other than that, as stated, LCPDFR does not support games running on systems with 2GB of Ram or less., so there really is no issue here, its your system, so other than that, you can upgrade your RAM, but since your RAM count is so low, there really is no way we can help you eliminate lag....
