LSPD First Response Has Crashed- Error

I've had this issue for so long, if someone actually finds a solution and it works I'll donate via paypal.

How do I fix that?

I used your troubleshooter and nothing happened

I'm not sure, but it seems like you're missing the Police Scanner folder. Have you installed LSPDFR correctly? In your GTA5 folder should be an LSPDFR folder which should have a folder called Police Scanner in it.
By the way, you shouldn't offer any money when asking for support.

Yeah it's in there but it's saying its not for some odd reason.

Inside the Police Scanner folder there is another folder which has the sounds in it
